At Noble Sofia, we want you to love 
every piece you receive. If for any 
reason you are not completely satisfied, 
we accept returns within 15 days of 
delivery.

ELIGIBILITY:
✦ Items must be unworn and unwashed
✦ Items must have original tags attached
✦ Items must be in original packaging
✦ Sale items are final sale
✦ Intimates and swimwear are final sale

HOW TO RETURN:
Email us at support@noblesofia.com 
with your order number and reason 
for return. We will provide return 
instructions within 24-48 hours.

REFUNDS:
Once we receive and inspect your 
return, refunds are processed within 
5-7 business days to your original 
payment method.

EXCHANGES:
We are happy to exchange for a 
different size or color subject 
to availability.

NOTE: Return shipping costs are 
the responsibility of the customer 
unless the item arrived damaged 
or incorrect.
